Consultation has concluded

Description:

Following the success of our health routes in Banbury, Bicester and Kidlington, Cherwell District Council’s Healthy Place Shaping Team have successfully secured some funding to create and signpost a health route in Heyford Park.

This will be an easy-to-follow circular route, up to 5km, that will take in various parts of the village. It will be installed to help residents move around on foot, improving physical and mental wellbeing and community cohesion.

The route will be designed with safety in mind, and physically marked out for residents to walk or run around their community.

To help us understand the needs of residents and the impact of creating routes likes these in our communities we are asking our residents to complete a survey. This gives us the information that we need to secure the funding for projects like these, without it we would not be able to work on such improvements.

We will, later on, be asking Heyford Park residents about the route and its theme and will also welcome feedback at that time.

Your responses will be confidential, and we do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address and IP address unless you are happy for us to do a follow-up survey with you. Any personal information you provide will be held securely in accordance with the data protection Act 2018.

Have your say:

We are looking for any insight, ideas or suggestions to make the route as pleasant and fit to purpose as possible.

Do Note:

The Council reserves the right to review, and if necessary, reverse any decision if information identified, at initial decision is deemed incorrect.

Please fill in our online questionnaire by clicking the Survey button bellow.
