Employee Engagement Satisfaction Survey



Description:

In order to provide our staff with opportunities of improvement on work conditions, social and interpersonal wellbeing; Cherwell is consulting you to help us identify travel trend and changes, per period, comparing those to see participation, satisfaction, and check analysis.

There are ten statements below about working at the council.

Please tell us how much you agree or disagree with each of these statements.

Choose on a scale of 1 - 5 (1 - strongly disagree, 2 - disagree, 3 - neither agree nor disagree, 4 - agree, 5 - strongly agree). You can also leave some comments at the end if you wish to.

This survey will be repeated, with the same statements, every two months so we can gain an insight of what you are thinking about these key issues over time.
