Traffic Management 2022/23
Description:
Cherwell District Council, in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all Guideline Orders and Regulations made under the Traffic Management Act 2004, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with the Act of 1984, with the Traffic Commissioners, and in accordance with the consent of Oxfordshire County Council Act of 1984, has made amendments to the Parking Orders.
As a result, off-street Parking Places Orders, cited and amended are:
- Cherwell Drive Car Park, Banbury Order 2022, with Article 1 of this Order, for the Cherwell District Council Off-Street Parking Places,
- Compton Road, Banbury, and with Coach Park Order 2000 revoked; and,
- Cherwell District Council Off-street Parking Places, Banbury, Bicester and Kiddlington, Order 2011, adding changes.
